Get A Sexy Neck & Decolletage With These Tips

Last week I talked about your hands being an indicator of your age and today it’s all about your neck. The proper term, décolletage is the upper part of your torso which includes your neck, shoulders, back and chest  has less amounts of sebaceous glands therefore more prone to dryness. So here are some ways you can maintain a beautiful décolletage.

Exfoliate using a lemon or lime. Apply to your chest 3-4 times a week since it acts like a natural acid that attracts more moisture and even outs the skin tone. You can also use an a glycolic acid as a stronger alternative but use sparingly because it can be too harsh for certain skin types.

Sleep on your back to prevent formation of new wrinkles is an important beauty fact to know. Some may find it uncomfortable at first but its a habit that takes practice. This sleeping position also helps achieve better breathing, a straighter spine, and a reduction in migraines and back pain.
