So yes please try your best to eat foods rich in DMAE, phytonutrients, high in minerals and vitamins. Those foods are Salmon, almonds, vegetables, fruits. By changing your food choice you are also changing your skin’s health. Plus with moderate exercise at least 3 -4 times per week. You’ll feel better by sleeping better at night which decrease your cortisol levels and increase your growth hormone. Plus by mediating for just taking a 20 min break in the middle of day can help lower stress and improve concentration.
